Your Source for Industrial-Grade 3D Printing Materials

    • 316L

Build products with powerful mechanical properties and durability. Take your project to the next level.

Stainless Steel 316L is a pre-alloyed stainless steel in fine powder form that is widely used in food processing, medical, aerospace, oil & gas, and other engineering applications that require high strength and corrosion resistance.

      • 17-4

Reduce lead times for metal tools, fixtures, and prototypes. Heat-treatable to 36 HRC and possessing 95% wrought strength, 17-4 PH enables you to print high-strength, robust metal parts for a wide variety of applications.

        • Pure Copper

Conductive, ductile metal optimized for thermal and electrical operations

Pure copper conducts heat and electricity far better than traditional metals. Copper possesses better conductivity characteristics than alloyed copper that can be printed on DMLS machines. Unlike conventional fabrication processes which are extremely labor-intensive and expensive, Copper is extremely simple to 3D print.

          • D2/A2/H13

A2 and D2 are cold work tool steels defined by their extremely high hardness after heat treatment. A2 tool steel is often regarded as a “universal” cold work steel, offering a combination of good wear resistance and high toughness. D2 tool steel is harder and more wear-resistant, but less tough. Both can be used for cutting and forming tools, or other applications where high hardness are valued.

Harder than 17-4 PH Stainless Steel and capable of maintaining material properties at high temperatures, H13 tool steel is an extremely versatile material to work with. Markforged H13 can be heat treated to 45 HRC with a UTS of 1500 MPa, and is used by Markforged customers for tool bodies, brazing fixtures, and other parts where hardness or heat resistance are required.

            • Inconel 625

Nickel-based superalloy for strength and corrosion resistance at high temperatures

Inconel 625 is a nickel-chromium based superalloy that is extremely resistant to corrosion and strong at high temperatures. It’s easy to print, enabling you to fabricate functional prototypes and end-use parts designed for harsh environments.  Inconel 625 meets chemical requirements of ASTM B443 and maintains a UTS of 500 MPa at 600 ºC.

              • Nylon PA 12

Robust thermoplastic produces highdensity parts with balanced property profiles and strong structures that provide good chemical resistance to oils, greases, aliphatic hydrocarbons, and alkalies. Ideal for complex assemblies, housings,

enclosures, and watertight applications. Biocompatibility—meets USP Class

I-VI and US FDA guidance for Intact Skin Surface Devices

                • Onyx - Micro Carbon Filled Nylon

Few materials have the versatility of Onyx; it offers high strength, toughness, and chemical resistance when printed alone, and can be reinforced with Continuous Fibers to yield aluminum-strength parts.

                  • Onyx FR

Certified UL 94 V-0 rated flame-retardant micro carbon fiber-filled nylon

Onyx FR is a flame-resistant variant of Onyx designed for use in applications where parts must be non-flammable. The material earned a UL Blue Card and is considered V-0 (self-extinguishing) at thicknesses greater than or equal to 3mm. It can be reinforced with any Continuous Fiber and is compatible with industrial composite 3D printers.

                    • Onyx - ESD

Stronger, stiffer, and ESD resistant Onyx variant for industrial applications

Onyx ESD is the among most advanced polymers we’ve ever developed. It’s precision-engineered to possess an extremely tight range of surface resistance — meeting ESD-safe requirements of the most stringent manufacturers — while offering the same industry-leading benefits that Onyx offers. In fact, it’s actually stronger and stiffer than Onyx with the same near-perfect surface finish, making it the go-to material for advanced applications.

                      • Nylon

Smooth engineering thermoplastic that can be easily painted or dyed

Nylon is an unfilled thermoplastic. It’s a non-abrasive material that is great for ergonomic surfaces and workholding for pieces that are easily marred. It can be painted or dyed.

                        • PEEK

PEEK Filament is the most performing polymer in terms of mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance, among the semi-crystalline thermoplastics.

The chemical compatibility with most of the acids, bases and organic solvents, even at high temperature, makes this material the main candidate for metal replacement in very chemically and thermally aggressive working

                          environments.

                          • ULTEM 9085

ULTEM AM9085F Filament is a PEI (Polyetherimide), a high-performance amorphous polymer that combines excellent thermal properties, extraordinary dimensional stability, inherent flame retardancy, and good chemical resistance. It is ideal for components in the transportation sector thanks to its Flame Smoke and Toxicity certifications.

                            • Carbon PEEK

CARBON PEEK Filament by Solvay incorporates 10% carbon fiber reinforcement into a PEEK matrix for increased strength. This material provides long-term performance up to 240 °C, including exceptional chemical resistance. These properties make it particularly suited for metal replacement in critical applications in severe end-use environments, such as Oil&Gas, Aerospace and Automotive.
